Dog Rabies Antigen Rapid Test Card

Introduction

This rapid test is an immuno-chromatographic test, using colloidal gold immunoassay method, to detect dog rabies antigen in dog saliva. After adding sample from dog saliva, the sample move along with the colloidal gold labeling dog rabies antibody, is there is dog rabies antigen in the sample, it combines with antibody on T line and show wine-red color; if there is no dog rabies antigen, then no color reaction.
