Avian Influenza Virus(AIV) Antibody Rapid Test Card

Introduction

Avian influenza is caused by Orthomyxoviridae type A family specific virus. Influenza A viruses can be divided into a number of different subtypes based on hemagglutinin and neuraminidase antigenic differences.

The AIV Ab test strip is based on competitive method to detect AIV Ab in serum of poultry qualitatively, there is good sensitivity for different subtype AIV antibody. There is pre-coated antigen on test strip, AIV antibody in serum sample react with pre-coated antigen, inhibit the reaction on T line, make the T line do not appear red color. Otherwise, it appears red.
