Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD/Gumboro Disease) Virus Antibody Rapid Test Card

Infectious bursal disease, also known as Gumboro disease, is caused by the infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV), an infectious disease mainly characterized by violation of chicken infectious bursal disease.

This rapid test uses competitive method, to detect the antibody against Infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) in serum of poultry qualitatively. There is labeled IBDV antigen on test card, after adding sample, if there is IBDV antibody in the sample, it reacts with antigen on T line and show no red color; otherwise, labeled IBDV antigen move along, combine with colloidal gold conjugated antibody and the T line antibody to form a complex line, make T line appear red color.
