One Step Test for NT-proBNP

Principle

This test kit uses double antibody sandwich method, to detect human NT-proBNP level in sample. The purified NT-proBNP coated on NC membrane. When testing, put sample into buffer and mix it evenly, there is fluorescein labeled NT-proBNP antibody in buffer. If there is NT-proBNP antibody in sample, it can combine with fluorescein labeled NT-proBNP antibody in buffer, form a complex, affected by chromatography, it reacts with coated NT-proBNP antibody when coming to the place which coated NT-proBNP antibody. If no NT-proBNP antibody in sample, then no reaction. When the reaction over, put the test card into Fluorescence Spectrometer, calculate the NT-proBNP antibody concentration by the strength of the fluorescence signal.
