One Step Test for hs-CRP

Principle

This test kit uses double antibody sandwich method, to detect human hs-CRP level in sample. The purified hs-CRP coated on NC membrane. When testing, put sample into buffer and mix it evenly, there is fluorescein labeled hs-CRP antibody in buffer. If there is hs-CRP antibody in sample, it can combine with fluorescein labeled hs-CRP antibody in buffer, form a complex, affected by chromatography, it reacts with coated hs-CRP antibody when coming to the place which coated hs-CRP antibody. If no hs-CRP antibody in sample, then no reaction. When the reaction over, put the test card into Fluorescence Spectrometer, calculate the hs-CRP antibody concentration by the strength of the fluorescence signal.
